MV Jewellers – Return & Refund Policy

At MV Jewellers, we take great care to ensure that all jewellery is carefully checked, packed and dispatched before it leaves our premises.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of our jewellery products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind, no longer requires the item, does not like the item, or feels that the item does not suit them.

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery that has been delivered to a customer cannot be resold once it has been handled or worn.

Please choose your items carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about the size, length, colour, design, material, appearance or suitability of an item, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to provide further information or clarification.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear evidence of the issue.

For damaged or faulty items, we strongly require a continuous, unedited video recording of the parcel being opened from the beginning through to the product being fully removed and the damage or issue being clearly shown.

The video should:

• Begin before the parcel is opened.

• Clearly show the package and its condition.

• Continue without any cuts, edits, pauses or interruptions.

• Show the product being removed from the packaging.

• Clearly show the alleged damage, fault or incorrect item.

Photos may also be requested where necessary. Edited, cut or incomplete videos may not be accepted as sufficient evidence to verify damage that may have occurred before, during or after delivery.

Once the evidence has been reviewed, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
