No Return / No Refund Policy

At MV Jewellers, due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered.

Jewellery items are considered personal wear products, and to maintain strict hygiene standards for all customers, we cannot accept used or opened items back.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process any damage claim, we require the following:

• A full unboxing / package opening video clearly showing the sealed package being opened
• The video must start before opening the parcel
• The damage or issue must be clearly visible in the video

This requirement helps us ensure transparency and maintain sanitary and fair business practices.

Claims submitted without an opening video proof may not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Items cannot be returned due to change of mind, size preference, or personal reasons.
• We do not accept returns for sale items or discounted items.
• All sales are considered final once the order is delivered.
