Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • International destinations

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. MV Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

MV Jewellers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service issues

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Weather conditions or unforeseen events

Lost or Stolen Packages

MV Jewellers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MV Jewellers is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.mvjewellers@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assess the issue and assist you accordingly.
